Entry Information

Filmmakers

Entry fee: $30 per returning team. $35 for first time.

Deadline: May 1st. Final deadline:($40) May 15th.

Teams: 1-4 members.

If you have more than 4 people, please include $5 per each additional team member. If your team has a nickname please include it.

If you can not find anyone to be on your team, please contact us. We want everyone to participate.

Film Format: We prefer that you use digital 8, mini-dv tapes or vhs for filming. However, if you have another format, then let us know so that we may accommodate you. Due to issues of incompatibility between different recording/playback methods, we cannot accept DVDs at this time.

Filmmakers Please make check or money order out to: The Patrick Crawford Foundation. Please include your name, address, contact information/e-mail & the number of guests that will be joining you along with your check or money order & mail to:

Actors

Are you an actor who would like to be in a movie? How about several in the matter of 24 hours? It is free to sign up for the "Professional Actors" list. Mail or e-mail your stats, contact info & a picture. Best Actor award to be given.
